It has been establish in the "Patients Bill of Rights and Resposabilities” that the rights and responsibilities of patients and users of automation in Puerto Rico health services, as well as the providers of such services and their insurers; define terms; fix settlement of complaints procedures; impose penalties; and for other related purposes.
